Jennifer R. Tibangin was awarded a B.S. degree, with honors, in Political Science and Communications in 2006 by the University of California, Berkeley. She also studied abroad at L’Institut des Sciences Politiques in Lyon, France. Jennifer continued her studies at New York University, attaining an M.S. degree in Global Affairs in 2008.
